23.10.2008: Ukr-Swiss Business Summit
AlarSoft Ltd. was a participant in the Ukrainian-Swiss Business Summit held by OSEC Location Switzerland and Swiss-Ukrainian Business Chamber at the Hyatt Regency Kiev on 16th October 2008. The event took place in the presence of the State Secretary of Economy, Mr. Jean-Daniel Gerber, and the Ambassador of Switzerland in Kyiv, Mr. Georg Zubler.
The summit was devoted to strengthening the economic cooperation between Ukraine and Switzerland. The main topics were the business and financial advantages of Switzerland. Swiss representatives provided very valuable information about running a business in and with Switzerland.
Ukrainian companies got an overview of the following issues:
- Swiss banking system
- Swiss taxation system
- Legal aspects of running a business in Switzerland
- Services of cantonal economic development agencies
- Support of the Swiss-Ukrainian Business Chamber
The summit was a good opportunity for Ukrainian companies to expand their horizon, obtain more information and find new opportunities.
Leading Swiss specialists provided consultations for representatives of Ukrainian companies during the roundtable talks.
