In the evolution of every growing company, there comes a turning point when it faces the problem of effective staff organization—-the structure of a small firm is not suitable for a large company. The main headache of large companies is an inefficient, complex hierarchy of authority that is created after reorganization.

The general structure of AlarSoft and its departments is simple and therefore functional.
AlarSoft's structural advantage for its clients is obvious: swift reaction to new information without information loss or distortion means that each client's preference or requirement is immediately delivered in its true value to the person who should handle it.

Sales and Marketing Department

The main objective of the Sales and Marketing Department is to provide solid support to our clients. This remarkable support is achieved through our Client Coordinators. Each client has an assigned Coordinator who is responsible for communication and general assistance creating the best environment for smooth, successful relationships. The Client Coordinators provide clients with broad consultations and give full, exact and quick answers concerning services and cooperation.

AlarSoft's Client Coordinators work with clients to determine the project description and objectives and to formalize the project requirements into the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) which is then handed off to the Development Department.

Development Department

The Development Department staff is divided into two offices—team-oriented and project-oriented—allowing a client to choose the management type for their development process.

The team-oriented office consists of several groups of "dedicated teams." Each dedicated team is formed according to the client's preferences for specialists and follows the processes provided by the client. In effect, the dedicated team is an extension of the client's existing firm and work is paid for by the client according to the man-month estimation.

The staff of the project-oriented office works on a project-by-project basis. Each project is controlled by a Project Manager and is developed in accordance with an SRS received from a Client Coordinator.

The development process can follow two common models: fixed price-fixed time or flexible.

In the fixed price-fixed time model, the client is provided with a specification of the project divided into milestones and an exact estimation in man-hours. Programmers develop the project milestone-by-milestone.

The flexible model presupposes a time-material based conception. The client is regularly provided with reports about the amount of time spent on the completion of the task and the client pays for the hours the developers have actually spent.

Design Department (Design/Multimedia Studio)

AlarSoft's team of designers was thoroughly selected by many criteria including a broad range of skills from artistic talent to technological experience-we tried to find the real design wizards and we did it!

AlarSoft's Design/Multimedia Studio provides our clients with the universal multimedia studio service and creates functional and aesthetic masterpieces.

German Office

AlarSoft has a sales and marketing office in Dortmund, Germany that is aimed at close communication, cooperation and partnership with Western European clients.

The personnel of the German office organize different meetings and presentations for European clients. They give broad consultations concerning services and collaboration. They also visit international and European expositions of outsourcing companies and conferences held in Europe.
