The general structure of AlarSoft and its every department in particular is simple and therefore functional.

The main objective of sales&marketing team is providing solid support to the Clients.
Each Client has an assigned Coordinator who is responsible for communication and general assistance.
Client Coordinators create the best environment for smooth relationships. They provide Customers with broad consultations, give full, exact and quick answers concerning services and cooperation.
Coordinators inquire Clients' project description and objectives. They help Customers formalize the project demands, then they convey Software Requirements Specification (SRS) to the development department. So they are responsible for the project until it is delegated to the developers.
We have divided the staff of developers into two offices: team-oriented and project-oriented. This structure allows Clients to choose the management type of the development process.
Team-oriented office consists of several groups. Each group is unique by its personnel, because it was formed according to the Client's preferences for specialists. The group (or team) follows the process scheme provided by the Client.
In other words, the dedicated team is an extension of the Client's existing firm. So work is payed by the Client according to the man-month estimation.
The staff of project-oriented office works by the scheme called "project by project". The office receives SRS's from Client Coordinators and the developers work on the next project. All activities are controlled by the Project Manager.
The development process can follow two common models: Fixed and Flexible.
In the first case the Client is provided with the project divided into milestones and an exact estimation in man-hours. Programmers develop the project "milestone by milestone".
The second case presuppose time-material based conception. The Client is regularly provided with reports about the amount of time spent on the completion of the task. So the Client pays for the hours the developers have actually spent.
The team of designers was thoroughly selected by many criteria. The professional requirements list included a broad range of skills from artistic talents to technological experience. We tried to find the real design wizards and we did it.
